Setting up an Email address

1) Login to CPanel:

Goto http://www.yourdomain.com:2083/ (substitute yourdomain.com with your domain name).

If you do not know your CPanel Login details, please email admin@brightskymedia.com.au

NOTE: You may need to accept the security exception as your domain is not the domain on the security certificate (it is a shared hosting certificate). You will have no issues accepting a connection to your website.

2) Click on Email accounts:

$Email Bo\utton in CPanel$

3) Create New Email account:

NOTE: Keep Quota below your current hosting account quota, your hosting account quota can be see in the left hand column on the home screen of Cpanel.

NOTE: It is recommended to use the password generator for a strong password.

NOTE: You can setup this email address with a local mail application (Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird) by clicking on more > configure mail client once the account is created. The list of email addresses is below the create email section.
